What happens if my flight is delayed?

No problem! We track your flight in real-time. In case of delays, your driver will be automatically informed about the new arrival time and adjust the pickup time accordingly - at no extra charge.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each vehicle has different luggage capacities. For regular cars, 2-3 large suitcases plus hand luggage is no problem. For larger groups or extra luggage, simply choose a van or contact us.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the fare.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we offer child seats for all age groups (baby seat, child seat, booster seat). Please specify this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking.
